After Hong Kong secured the Asia representation on the Global Vegan Chefs category. Congratulations Chef Ben Chan and Chef Yoyo Lee achieving the 2nd Runner Up, bringing the bronze medal home for the Global Chef Vegan Challenge!!
This was the first time we made to this level on the vegan category, thanks for the professional coaching of Chef Calvin Choi and Chef Ringo Chan.
Our heartfelt gratitude to our present and ex-presidents: Eddy, Perry and Francis, for taking care of the team, from cooking breakfast to midnight snack, and Francis on chauffeuring us many times a day to and from the competition venue.
