22 pastry chefs and culinary instructors attended the workshop. Chef Tima demonstrated Brazilian Bread and Gluten Free Sourdough, whilst Chef Ringo presented Vegan Chestnut & Muscat Grape Gluten Free Cake and Gluten Free Vegan Thai Tea-Citron Tart. Attendees had a chance to participate in the making. We got to taste the freshly baked breads and desserts
