FHA Bakery Challenge, Singapore. 2026 April 21-22

On the journey to the pinnacle of baking art, the Hong Kong Chefs Association’s Bakery Team stepped onto the international stage of the FHA Bakery Challenge in Singapore for the first time. This competition including South Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, China, Maldives, Vietnam and Hong Kong , gathering top experts from around the world witnessed how team Hong Kong, led by Team Manager Chef Ringo Chan , with members Chef Vincent Lai and Kelvin Tsui, assisted by Jackson Lam and Shuie Lau – won the 2nd Runner Up, wrote a glorious chapter through resilience and passion.
